REP RETURNS POLICY

You are entitled to return your order within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. This applies to purchases within the EU/EEA/UK.

The deadline for returning an Order is 14 days from the date on which you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered. In order for the items to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

· The Goods were received in the last 14 days

· The Goods are in the original packaging

· The Goods were not used or damaged

Please contact us at the following site in order to request a return authorization. Initiate Return Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs, including customs fees where applicable. These return shipping fees will be deducted from your final refund. We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

REFUNDS

Please allow up to 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods to process the return or exchange. We will use the same means of payment you used for the order.

RETURNS EXCEPTIONS

Final sale items cannot be returned. Items returned incomplete or without original packaging may be denied a refund or charged a restocking fee.

GIFTS

If you are returning an item that was gifted to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We will do our best to accommodate your request, though we try to get orders shipped out as fast as possible. You may reach out to request a cancellation or edit, but please note that, once the order begins the fulfillment process, we can no longer accommodate a cancellation.
